Since the email digest and the process owner are dependent on each other, it makes sense to allow a user to allow configuring the process owner next to the digest configuration. For this purpose, we need to remove the owner configuration from the owner column on the process list of the dashboard management and place it next to the email digest configuration.

Additionally, the endpoint for updating the process owner and the digest should now be merged into one endpoint.
