When I view the processes page
I want clarity on how the filters work
So that I can understand the data on the page
Use Cases
- Clear management dashboard
- Clear goals
PM Notes (Customer requests, context, assumptions)
- "Goals display data from instances ended in the last 30 days" is no longer accurate. They display data based on the report's filter (and not the dashboard filter!)
- There's no visual break between the Process Overview and the Processes sections. In Cockpit, where filters only applied to one section of the page, our customers complained.

- Change the text to "KPI values are based on certain reports" with a link to documentation
- Add a line between the 2 sections
