      User Story

      When I view the processes page
      I want clarity on how the filters work
      So that I can understand the data on the page

      Use Cases

      • Clear management dashboard
      • Clear goals

      PM Notes (Customer requests, context, assumptions)

      • "Goals display data from instances ended in the last 30 days" is no longer accurate. They display data based on the report's filter (and not the dashboard filter!)
      • There's no visual break between the Process Overview and the Processes sections. In Cockpit, where filters only applied to one section of the page, our customers complained.

      Solution Definition

      Solution Ideas

      • Change the text to "KPI values are based on certain reports" with a link to documentation
      • Add a line between the 2 sections
