Context:

Currently the latest master/SNAPSHOT image of Optimize is only available in the internal team docker repository (registry.camunda.cloud/team-optimize/optimize:master) as well as in the gcloud ci internal docker repo (gcr.io/ci-30-162810/camunda-optimize:latest).

In order to test the image in Camunda Cloud Saas we need it to be available in either docker-hub as it is already done for Operate and other images, see https://camunda.slack.com/archives/CNSMT82SJ/p1656415684109519 .
