Description
Problem Definition
When configuring precision, it is configured for both count and duration values in multi measure report. This is not flexible enough because I might want to set different precision for count and duration values.
Another reason why this is useful is that we currently automatically set precision for duration reports to be "3" units. Doing that for multi measure reports means that count measure values will also be configured to have 3 units. We do not want this behaviour for count reports.
