Rename /backup to /backups

      Context:

      To align APIs across components we decided to rename the backup API path from /backup to /backups.

       

      AT:

      • BE is adjusted to rename /backup to /backups
      • confluence docs are adjusted
      • user docs are adjusted

      Testing Notes:

      • existing hot backup API is reacheable under /backups instead of /backup
