Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

When adding a "Between" date filter to dashboard, the date picker currently will always show the start of the interval, even if the user is selecting the end date field.

Steps to reproduce:

• create a dashboard
• add date filter with type "between"
• select date range
• click on end date input field

Actual result:

Date picker always shows the start date even when we select the end date input field

Expected result:

When the user selects the end date, the date picker should display the end of the range
