Old empty message is seen when changing tabs on new carbon nav bar

      Steps to reproduce:

      Play clicking tabs on nav bar 

      Click on Processes 

      Then click on Home tab again

       

      Try with Slow 3G connection also 

      Actual result:

      It is a bit jumpy but old empty message can be still seen. Look at the video.

      Expected result:

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
