Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to the dashboards page
- From the adoption dashboard, click on "view" to see all legends for one of the pie chart reports
Actual result:
- The legends look like buttons (they have blue colors)
- The legend labels disappear when decollapsing them.

Expected result:
- Collapsing-decollapsing legends works like before (chart.js v3)
- The legends appear in the correct default color.
