Pie chart legends are broken after the update to chart.js v4

      Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Go to the dashboards page
      • From the adoption dashboard, click on "view" to see all legends for one of the pie chart reports

      Actual result:

      • The legends look like buttons (they have blue colors)
      • The legend labels disappear when decollapsing them.

      See attached screenshot

      Expected result:

      • Collapsing-decollapsing legends works like before (chart.js v3)
      • The legends appear in the correct default color.
