Problem:
Optimize wants to replace this link in the next alpha with a new dashboard. The new target is only available for Optimize versions bundled into the Zeebe 8.2.0-alpha4 generation. Older alpha clusters or stable versions would not have it

Solution proposal:
1. When calling a magic link, do not return any collection name when calling /entity/names
2. Deprecating the magic link: Remove the dashboard/report/collection creation logic of magic links

Testing notes:

After OPT-6671 is merged, when calling a magic link for a given process definition you should get the same result as if you were calling the instant dashboard for that process definition
