With the update to Spring Boot 3 we need to change javax dependencies to jakarta dependencies for the engine IT plugin. Since we are dependent on the engine supporting Spring Boot 3 as well, we need to make this change the latest when our least supported version of the engine is 7.20. The places where these changes need to be made in the code are marked with this ticket's name (OPT-7144)
