In the configuration of table reports, there are three enable/disable columns titled incidents/openIncidents/userTasks. We should change these names to be more human readable, and translated acordingly.
ATs:
- incidents field is renamed to "Incidents"
- openIncidents is renamed to "Open Incidents"
- userTasks is renamed to "userTasks"
- All of these fields are translatable and a DE version is set
