In the configuration of table reports, there are three enable/disable columns titled incidents/openIncidents/userTasks. We should change these names to be more human readable, and translated acordingly.

ATs:

• incidents field is renamed to "Incidents"
• openIncidents is renamed to "Open Incidents"
• userTasks is renamed to "userTasks"
• All of these fields are translatable and a DE version is set
