Description

Original: In the configuration of table reports, there are three enable/disable columns titled incidents/openIncidents/userTasks. We should change these names to be more human readable, and translated acordingly. *ATs:*  * incidents field is renamed to "Incidents"  * openIncidents is renamed to "Open Incidents"  * userTasks is renamed to "userTasks"  * All of these fields are translatable and a DE version is set *Testing Notes:* Self-explanatory as above
