What/Where is the issue ?

In SaaS, no data shown in Adoption dashboard before and after deploying processes. 

Environment: C8SaaS

Optimize version : 3.11.0-RC1
ES version : 7.17.x
OS + Browser version : MacOS+ Chrome

Steps to reproduce:

• Preconditions: Create a cluster with 3.11.0-RC1 generation 
• Steps:

1. Go to Adoption dashboard without deploying any process 
2. Customer Onboarding process should be shown in the list 
3. Check Adoption dashboard, no data is shown on adoption dashboard from customer onboarding 
4. Deploy processes, run, cancel, keep it in running 
5. Check adoption dashboard 

Observed behavior:

No data is shown on adoption dashboard for customer onboarding, after deploying processes also no data is shown for them on adoption dashboard. 

Expected behavior:

Data should be shown for customer onboarding process as well in adoption dashboard without deploying any processes. 

Data should be shown for deployed process on adoption dashboard.
