What/Where is the issue ?
In SaaS, no data shown in Adoption dashboard before and after deploying processes.
Environment: C8SaaS
Optimize version : 3.11.0-RC1
ES version : 7.17.x
OS + Browser version : MacOS+ Chrome
Steps to reproduce:
- Preconditions: Create a cluster with 3.11.0-RC1 generation
- Steps:
- Go to Adoption dashboard without deploying any process
- Customer Onboarding process should be shown in the list
- Check Adoption dashboard, no data is shown on adoption dashboard from customer onboarding
- Deploy processes, run, cancel, keep it in running
- Check adoption dashboard
Observed behavior:
No data is shown on adoption dashboard for customer onboarding, after deploying processes also no data is shown for them on adoption dashboard.
Expected behavior:
Data should be shown for customer onboarding process as well in adoption dashboard without deploying any processes.
Data should be shown for deployed process on adoption dashboard.
