Toggling off Assignee/Candidate filter in dashboard doesn't refresh filter selection

      What/Where is the issue ?

      Toggling off Assignee/Candidate filter after selection doesn't work. Selection stays in dropdown. 

      Environment: C7/ C8SaaS/ C8SM

      Optimize version : 3.12-SNAPSHOT

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Preconditions: Create a dashboard, add Assignee/Candidate filter
      • Steps:
      1. Assign candidate group or assignee from dropdown
      2. Toggle off the filter

      Observed behavior:

      The selection of group or assignee stays as selected in dropdown. 

      Expected behavior:

      Toggle off should also delete the selection.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
