Create OpenSearch classes for the readers and writers so that springs can find all dependencies on startup. This is not yet the implementation of the OpenSearch functionality for these classes. The methods shall return empty results and shall not throw exceptions, so that no runtime errors are thrown during startup

Mocking of OS writers and readers doesn't affect the application. It is enough to see the pipeline of git actions is green
