"PnW" is not supported as duration

      ISO-8601 specifies two patterns for durations: 

      P[n]Y[n]M[n]DT[n]H[n]M[n]S

      and 

      P[n]W

      The engine does not support the second pattern (P[n]W).

      Expected behavior:
      P[n]W is supported like specified in ISO-8601
