Unable to use timer duration of weeks, days work

      unable to use P1W for timer durations. P7D works. This is for v7.11.0

      We get

      :message=>"ENGINE-09027 Exception while resolving duedate 'P5W': P5W"},

      According to the 8601 wikipedia article P5W is a valid duration
