Provide Spring Boot External Task Client as part of Spring Boot Starter

      We need to make this project supported:
      https://github.com/camunda/camunda-external-task-client-spring-boot/

      Therefor we should probably best merge it into the existing Spring Boot Starter.

      Background: We push people more towards the ET pattern as default development model, even if they use Spring Boot. So it needs to be as easy as use a JavaDelegate.
      Using this model makes the solutions people build much more robust for possible architectural changes
