As a Spring Boot distribution, the RPA bridge will re-distribute third-party libraries. It therefore requires a license book.

Scope:

• The license book generator is extraced from the platform and can be reused to generate the RPA license book
• The licensing information for Java dependencies is maintained in one place

Not in scope:

• Integrate maintenance of license book into release process => let's do this after the technical part
