Create a configurable distribution of the RPA Bridge

      The final distributable of the RPA Bridge needs to be

      • configurable (ideally per application.yaml)
      • easy to start (i.e. force customers to run something like 
        java -Dloader.path=application.yaml,camunda-bpm-rpa-bridge-1.0.0.jar -jar camunda-bpm-rpa-bridge-1.0.0.jar

        might be too error prone)
