OptimizeApiPageSizeTest does not clean up generated data

      Currently, the OptimizeApiPageSizeTest does not clean up the generated data. This is because the cleanup of the generated data takes a lot of time causing the test to timeout.

      Investigate how we can drop large amounts of data efficiently or use a dedicated database for each test and throw it away afterwards.
