Application server information is not fetch for telemetry in spring boot applications

      Scenario:

      1. Start spring boot application
      2. Enable telemetry
      3. Stop the application

      Expected:
      The telemetry data is sent containing the application server information.

      Observed:
      Empty data is sent for app server:

      "application-server":null

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
