In telemetry, improve calculation of unique task workers count

      AT:

      • only a single query is executed, aggregate the number in the SQL (to avoid that we select and transfer a high number of tasks)
      • add hard coded one day for the period instead of passing the last report period times. (to have more useful metric count)
