Move archetypes job to campbm CI

      We either

      • adjust the CI file so it's picked up by cambpm CI
      • create the necessary CI scripts to allow for releasing the archetypes with the job (if necessary)

      or

      • create a job DSL for the archetypes job so it can build and release the archetypes (see here)
      • remove the CI file from the repository

      It depends on what is easier to do and set up.
