      • In Process Definition and Process Instance view, I can add/edit/clear the annotation of an incident in the "Incidents" tab
      • In Historic Process Definition and Process Instance view, I can view the annotation of an incident in the "Incidents" tab
      • The annotation resides in a new "Annotation" column in the tabs between columns "Type" and "Action"
      • Cockpit reuses the REST API endpoints created with CAM-13061
