      Programmatic deployment is possible.

      Solution Idea

      1. When the Engine is ready, emit an event the user can subscribe to which triggers the deployment of modeling resources programmatically by injecting the repositoryService via the engine-cdi module. See prototype.
      2. Synchronize engine start with quarkus application start => quarkus business logic is only executed when the engine is fully started up
        • Cons: the whole quarkus application needs to wait for the engine
