User Story (Required on creation):
As a customer interacting department (e.g. DevRel, Support, PM, CSM, ...) I want to be able to quickly understand the environment/distribution of Camunda the customer is running.
Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):
Provide a possibility to easily (REST, Admin, ...) obtain the current telemetry protocol. The protocol contains: https://camunda.com/blog/2020/10/camunda-bpm-telemetry-community-faq/
