    Description

      User Story (Required on creation):

      As someone who wants to analyze the dynamic data (metrics and command count) from a telemetry data package (either acquired through sending telemetry to Camunda or by calling the telemetry API), I want to be able to know in which timeframe the data was collected.

      Functional Requirements (Required before implementation):

      Telemetry data should contain a property that indicates when the engine started to collect the data contained in this telemetry report. Since the telemetry sending task resets dynamic data upon sending, this might be since the last telemetry package was sent or engine startup.
