Tasks:

1. Schedule all downstream side projects to be released after the final version build
2. Release the downstream side projects after the final build

Projects to release: 

• JS External Task Client: version 2.1.1 (done with CAM-13933, do CAM-13914 first)
• Camunda BPM Assert; versions 11.0.0, 12.0.0, and 13.0.0 (done with CAM-13934)
