Integrate XLTS AngularJS into the web applications

      Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

      • The Camunda artifacts include XLTS AngularJS instead of plain AngularJS
      • If built from source without the XLTS access token, plain AngularJS is included
      • Documentation sufficiently informs people of the XLTS license (to be specified further)
