Ensuring Continuous Support of AngularJS in Camunda Platform 7.17 - Camunda

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation):

The Camunda artifacts include XLTS AngularJS instead of plain AngularJS
If built from source without the XLTS access token, plain AngularJS is included
Documentation sufficiently informs people of the XLTS license (to be specified further)
