Problem:

• no failed jobs exists: loading gif and text is always shown
• failed jobs exists: link in field "Process Instance ID" doesn't go into process instance view

AT:

• show empty table when no failed jobs exists
• fix link in field "Process Instance ID" and doesn't open a new tab when click on process instance ID link
