Problem:
- no failed jobs exists: loading gif and text is always shown
- failed jobs exists: link in field "Process Instance ID" doesn't go into process instance view
AT:
- show empty table when no failed jobs exists
- fix link in field "Process Instance ID" and doesn't open a new tab when click on process instance ID link
