JSR223 Wrapper for XSLT exists in private repository

the wrapper always uses Saxon

Saxon and the corresponding version (MPL version 2.0) are referenced in our third party libraries (http://stage.docs.camunda.org/guides/user-guide/#introduction-third-party-libraries) in a new subsection named "Enterprise Extensions"
