Provide distributions for XSLT extension

    Description

      AT:

      • when I perform the maven build in "camunda-bpm-xslt-ee", distributions for all application servers are built
      • A distribution is a .zip file which contains
      • all JAR libraries required by the XSLT extension and the XSLT extension itself
      • a README.txt file explaining how I can install XSLT support for my application server

      NOTE: for Jboss we need to create modules
