Authorization type not updated correctly

      ToDo:

      • we should use Delete-Create-New-Pattern instead of Update for filter authorizations tasklist (like in admin)

      Using the REST API:

      • at the creation of an authorization, the type is saved correctly
      • when an authorization is updated, the type does not change

      I found the bug while trying to solve CAM-2508
