Description
Reproduce steps:
- add new Authorizations rule
- leave authorization.identity filed blank
- save filter
- reopen filter menue
- remove the Authorizations rule
Problem:
- save button not enabled
- filter cannot be saved
Expected behavior:
If this kind of rule (blank authorization.identity) is not valid the creation should be restricted
Nevertheless the deletion of a filter parameter should be always enabled.
