As modelling user, I can edit the documentation element in the properties panel

    Description

      AT:

      • the documentation Element can be edited on the generell-Tab
      • the field is a textarea (like name attribute)
      • the field is positioned at the very bottom
      • documentation element is allowed for all elements (base element)
