Cockpit db query not working on SQL Server

      Since commit 297bf8e29c5a983b81763fdf08ee50272f5a92e9 (order task query by variable values) the cockpit query cockpit.base.selectRunningProcessInstancesIncludingIncidents doesn't work anymore. See broken-297bf8e.txt line 2600 ff. The nested ORDER BY statement seems to be not allowed on SQL Server.
