delete DMN scriptengine
remove DMN script task tests and DMN conditional sequence flow test
delete documentation about DMN scrip tasks
remove any documentation about it (for example http://stage.docs.camunda.org/manual/develop/reference/bpmn20/tasks/script-task/)

Probably we need something like the ScriptInvocation and need to do a context switch before evaluating the decision.
