• adjust the SQL scripts (create and update) and add a column TENANT_ID_ on ACT_HI_DECINST table
• add a field tenantId on entity class
• adjust the default history event producer DefaultDmnHistoryEventProducer and set the tenant-id
  • if an execution is available then use the tenant id of the execution
  • otherwise, use the tenant id of the decision definition
• add a method on the HistoricDecisionInstanceQuery to filter by a list of tenant-ids
• adjust the REST-API (dto for query request / response)
