Description
AT:
- the tenant id of a historic decision instance is inherit from the execution or decison definition, by default
- I can override the default behavior (e.g. set a tenant id when the execution / definition has no tenant id) and set a tenant id (e.g. based on a given context: definition, execution etc.)
- the SPI is used when a decision is evaluated by the decision service and the decision definition has no tenant id
- and when a decision is evaluated by a business rule task and the execution / case execution has no tenant id
