Cannot use distinct with CLOB typed columns in Oracle and DB2

    Description

      Problem:
      the authorization check implemented in CAM-5452 relies on DISTINCT to make resultsets unique. This does not work for the filter query on oracle and DB2. Reason: filters have 2 CLOB typed columns for which distinct is not supported
