Add validation for additional inputs for batch operations

      AT:

      • in the cockpit batch operation page, if I have an operation that has an additional input (e.g. number of retries or delete reason), I can specify a regexp to test the user input
      • if the user input does not match the regexp, the proceed button is disabled
