I get feedback on why the batch proceed button is disabled

    Description

      When in the batch operations page, the Proceed Button can be disabled in certain situations, e.g. if no operation is selected or if a required additional field is not filled out.

      The user should get feedback why the proceed button is disabled. Preferably by highlighting the invalid fields in red.
