I can suspend/activate multiple process instances via Batch operation

    Description

      AT:

      • I can call "Suspend/activate process instances" in batch by providing
        • suspended: true/false
        • list of process instance ids
        • ProcessInstanceQueryDto
        • probably also HistoricProcessInstanceQueryDto
      • I can call it via Java API.

      Hint:
      operation is similar to https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.6/reference/rest/process-instance/put-activate-suspend-by-id/
